This full-time nursing position will serve our patients in both our Hospice and Home Health programs. The person in this position provides physical and emotional support to Hospice and Home Health patients and their families; the care is provided in either in patients' homes or pertinent health care facility. This nurse collaborates with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members, friends and families. The nurse will also help with admissions and assist with home health patients as needed. Requirement description : Minimum one year of Hospice experience - REQUIREDWound Care and PICC line experience - preferredMust be comfortable driving through mountainsMileage reimbursed at IRS rate
