We are looking for a Payroll Specialist Compensation: $99,000 - $109,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Payroll Specialist to support our Global Payroll Manager in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple countries. The Payroll Specialist will assist in managing international payroll operations, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional service to our global employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, excellent attention to detail, and experience in a multinational environment. RequirementsAbout the role:
  • Assist the Global Payroll Manager in processing payroll for employees across the globe.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors on timely payout to employees and statutory payments.
  • Handle employee data and updates in our payroll system throughout the lifecycle of each employee
  • Perform tasks associated with monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reporting and taxation.
  • Review of global business expenses for compliance with Company policy and processing of reimbursements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee pay-related questions
  • Partner with the Accounting and People Ops teams to ensure alignment on employee data
  • Partner with the Stocks team on equity matters including exercises, terminations, etc.
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in global payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
