The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring that all financial reports and statements are accurate and timely. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost savings Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement budgets and forecasts Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions Manage the company's ERP systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting Provide guidance and support to other members of the finance team, including the Accounting Manager and Cost Accounting team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or CMA certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Controller or similar role Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements Experience working with publicly traded companies Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills If you are a highly motivated and experienced Controller with a passion for the Manufacturing industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
