This is a local position but may require up to 10% travel to effectively carry out the responsibilities of the role. Confirming and printing jobs. Adding new jobs to weekly block schedules. Adjusting and modifying existing schedules as needed. Issuing units to jobs as needed. Communicating with Service Center Manager, Department Supervisors/Leads for scheduling collaboration as needed. Collaboration with enterprise scheduling and level loading initiatives. Other tasks as assigned or needed. Strong organization skills Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to multitask Willingness & desire to learn products/industry Adapts quickly to change Flexibility Critical thinker Thrives in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel and Outlook a must).
