Scope of Job
Support the data collection, analysis, management, and reporting for the assigned Student Affairs initiatives.
Propose diverse ways to present data (data storytelling).
Prepare summary reports on program activity analytics.
Create several reports and presentations to various departments and senior leadership.
Perform analytics using tools such as MS Excel and PowerBI.
Perform work on assessment projects as assigned within the Strategic Enrollment and Student Affairs Division.
Provide support to unit and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.
Discipline Specific Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Business / MBA / Engineering)
Computer skills (particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
Organization and analytical skills (case management, processing data, reporting, tracking, etc.)
Passionate about working with data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts using equity-minded assessment.
Excellent communication (spoken and written) and customer service skills.
Experience working with confidential information and an understanding of FERPA .
Office operations skills (outreach, scheduling, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Data analysis skills preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Familiarity with assessment processes.
Data visualization experience.
