This individual will contribute across several critical functions and will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team (both internal and external). The ideal candidate will be a passionate team player that can effectively manage multiple tasks. To ensure success as a Sales Account Specialist, the ideal candidate will be extremely motivated.Principal Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes, line reviews, presentations and other tools used for selling our products to customers.
- Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy before processing.
- Track and follow-up on order inquiries, and hard orders to ensure on time shipping.
- Act as a liaison between our Hong Kong office and the customer regarding follow up on item selection, orders, quotes, etc.
- Communicate with multiple teams across the internal Just Play organization including the External Sales, Product Development and Marketing Teams
- Assist with management of key internal documents to support the account including forecasts, Sales Specials, and Images
- Arrange samples based on customer requests for planograms or ads.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or similar field
- 1-3 years' experience in Account Management or Consumer Product Industry
- Passion for children's consumer goods/entertainment industry
- Strong work ethic, high level of motivation, willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and solution based problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others.
- High energy level, enterprising spirit
- Ability to multi-task while delivering accurate results.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Professional appearance and manner
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
