Duties include the following:

1. Supporting video conferencing classrooms by turning on equipment, promptly managing paperwork when necessary, and reporting problems.

2. Assisting with inventory, testing, and cleaning of computer equipment.

3. Assisting with the help desk phone, entering work orders and resolving

issues when possible.

4. Support campus events through setup, operating technology, and tear

down.

5. Checking out and delivering equipment.

6. Supporting campus projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

* Be a student at OHIO University or another educational institution.

* Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 which is a grade of C or higher.

* Basic computer literacy

* Good interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to work productively without close supervision

* Ability to follow confidentiality policies.
