Maintenance Technician (Focke & Hauni)SummaryAs a Maintenance Technician specializing in Focke and Hauni machines, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues on Focke 350 and Hauni Proto 80/90 machines to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.Job Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on Focke and Hauni Protos machines according to maintenance schedules- Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts, components, and systems on Focke and Hauni machines to restore functionality- Document maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and maintenance procedures followed- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and supplies for Focke and Hauni machines as needed- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and othersJob RequirementsJob Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of Focke 350 and Hauni Protos 80/90 machines within a tobacco manufacturing plant- Strong understanding of Focke and Hauni machine operation, components, and maintenance requirements- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.- Comfortable with weekend shift
