DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be available and able to work with short notice.
- Ability and willingness to perform general custodial duties.
- Ability to work with machinery and technology consistent with building use.
- Ability to work courteously and cooperatively with other staff.
- Massachusetts driver's license required.
- Ability to safely lift 40 lbs.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Satisfactory CORI/SORI/Background Check
- Other duties as may be assigned by the building prinicpal, Assistant Superintendent, or Buildings & Grounds Manager
