Design and implement changes to the instrumentation and control systems in the plant and manage capability development and sustaining programs for controls and electrical technicians. Requirements:5+ years of hands-on controls and instrumentation experience, preferably in high-speed manufacturing or packaging industriesStrong preference for individuals with applicable degrees or technical certificationsStrong background and skills with PLCs, HMI, Computers and Information TechnologyStrong initiative and self-drive, motivation, and interpersonal skills
