We currently have 2 opportunities to join the Union Payment Processing Team!Your Day to Day:
  • Effectively communicate with the Union Reporting Manager, regarding all union transactions impacting WEC obligations.
  • Assist with Monthly reporting and payments to unions
  • Enter Union data into SAP
  • Assist with preparation of audit files
  • Obtain rate sheets for new unions and expiring unions
  • Recommend and implement agreed process improvements.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Union Locals as needed
  • Perform additional assignments, as directed by the management.
Who You Are:
  • Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • Payroll Assistants need to have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. They should be able to interact well with clients and colleagues, work well in a team, and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, they should be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
