Shipping Clerk - 1st Shift Eden Prairie, MN Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill 1st Shift temp-to-hire Shipping Clerk openings with a company located in Eden Prairie, MN. Interested candidates should preferably have shipping and/or receiving experience. Responsibilities of the Shipping Clerk - 1st Shift
- Move finished goods from the warehouse to shipping
- Monitor Outbound Delivery Report, on a daily basis, to ensure orders are processed and shipped according to schedule
- Prepare finished goods for shipment. This may include boxing up materials, loading boxes onto pallets, and shrink-wrapping pallets for shipment
- Ensure proper goods and number are being shipped
- Pick parts and prepare for shipment
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Use of RF equipment and related shipping equipment/software
Requirements of the Shipping Clerk - 1st Shift
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
- Good attention to detail
- Experience with ERP system (Preferably SAP)
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping, customer service, or a related manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to become forklift certified
Compensation for the Shipping Clerk - 1st Shift The starting salary for this position is $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.
