DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor pickleball facilities
- Take reservations and schedules facilities
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of courts
- Sell and stock concessions and retail, reporting low levels and customer requests to supervisors
- Deliver a high level of customer service by working the front desk, answering incoming calls, and assisting guests in-person for optimal guest satisfaction
- Handles cash and credit card transactions as well as deposit receipts
- Register players for pickleball
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer Relations and front desk experience preferred
- Point of Sale register and cash handling experience preferred
- Capable of multi-tasking and working independently
- Must have a valid state issued driver's license with a reliable means of transportation
- Open to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted and 30 pounds assisted
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug free workplace
