POSITION: Custodian REPORTS TO: School PrincipalTERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 10-Month/Part-timeQUALIFICATIONS:
- HS diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in the housekeeping/cleaning field.
- Must have a current bus license or be willing to take the RCS bus class within 45 days of employment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Working EnvironmentThe usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Work in this classification is considered light physical work requiring the exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects. Generally, the job requires sitting, walking, and standing.
