  • Correspond with students via phone, email, mail or in person regarding student record functions.
  • Process/analyze and enter Credit for Prior Learning
  • Assist in the review, maintenance, and entry of Degree Audit Individual Student Adjustments to be applied for graduation.
  • Run queries to generate letters and or emails to be mailed to our students.
  • Create and maintain Excel documents to meet needs of department.
  • Collaborate with Enrollment Services staff to support processes which will improve student success.
  • Review, analyze, and act on admission and enrollment data to ensure students are enrolled in the appropriate program and coursework.
  • Coordinate enrollment record maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of records with academic advisor, deans, and associate deans.
  • Process and enter academic transcripts, grade reports, and other unique enrollment transactions.
