We are is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to support the administrative and operational teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and ensuring data integrity. This role is perfect for individuals with strong organizational skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Full time Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entry to ensure consistency and correctness.
  • Maintain organized and updated records, both digital and physical.
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and report any inconsistencies.
  • Assist in the generation of reports and data summaries as requested by management.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect necessary data and information.
  • Perform routine data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document organization.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with data entry software or databases is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
