  • A real estate agent with at least 1 year of experience or a part-time agent transitioning to full-time by leveraging team resources. Essential qualifications include a basic understanding of real estate and over 3 years of sales, customer service, or hospitality background.
  • Newly licensed and driven sales professionals with 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields. A strong professional alignment with our core values is a must.

Responsibilities •Actively engage in networking and prospecting to grow your client base and advance your career in the thriving luxury real estate market of Boston, MA, US. •Discover and present properties that meet clients' preferences and needs, providing tailored service and guidance throughout the entire process. •Skillfully handle and negotiate offers to secure favorable deals for clients in a competitive market setting. •Foster strong connections with potential clients to expand your professional network and increase referral opportunities. •Demonstrate teamwork and a shared dedication to achieving common goals within the real estate team in Boston, MA, US. •Efficiently convert qualified appointments, marketing leads, and opportunities into successful transactions by utilizing the support offered by the Inside Sales department.
