Maintains building, performingminor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical, wiring, and other relatedmaintenance activities, using hand tools. Replaces air-conditioner filters. CompletesMonthly Maintenance checklist. Assistwith Disaster preparedness including fire and disaster drills. Notifies management concerning need for majorrepairs or replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Cleanssnow and debris from sidewalk and grounds.
