And that's where you come in. Accountabilities
Accountabilities: - Assembles products efficiently and accurately by hand or using hand tools or portable powered tools.
- Utilizes experience, selects the best hand tools or portable powered tools to assemble product in the most efficient manner.
- Performs Setup and operates equipment as necessary, including performing routine maintenance, to produce or process products.
- Operates basic test equipment such as DMM, continuity testers etc. for verifying wiring, contact resistance or locating faults.
- Assembles products according to customers' needs following blueprints and specifications.
- Painting cast iron steel and aluminum material, wet paint.
- Inspects own work for accuracy, completeness and compliance to requirements, including HSE requirements, highest quality standards and Safety critical requirements.
- Operate overhead crane, forklift, and other material handling equipment.
Required Skills & Knowledge: - Good verbal and written communication skills
- 2-3 years of expertise as an Associate Assembler
Desired Skills & Knowledge: - Ability to work independently and prioritize work from multiple sources
- Electro-mechanical assembly, mechanical assembly or industrial painting
- Knowledge of the Product and Product families
Education Required: High School or equivalent
