Schedule: 1st shift Dispatcher responsibilities:
- Collaborate with branch Service Manager and subcontractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Act as a primary contact for subcontractors, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Billing, and Accounts Payable.
- Manage subcontractor purchase orders (SPO) to support timely site restoration and work order resolution.
- Monitor subcontractor work for timely completion, work order closure, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate with dispatchers to oversee work orders and technician response times.
- Address potential delays and reassign work orders as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First-Time Fix (FTF), SLA adherence, and service quality.
