The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for keeping track of incoming and outgoing product, adherence to internal QMS standards, and ongoing support with ERP implementation and activities related to quality and shipping.Requirements:Prepare shipping documents using ERP software as directedVisually confirm outgoing product has had all necessary processes completedVerify gage data readings prior to releaseUse inspection equipment as directed to confirm outgoing products has been processed according to customer specificationVerifying accuracy and paperwork for castings or product being shipped or receivedVerify, match, and enter data into ERP software to ensure all outgoing product is accounted for according to customer purchase order detailsVerify shipper to customer purchase order for accuracy prior to officially releasing shipments via ERP softwareReceive and verify all incoming shipments via EPR system, including but not limited to:Customer productShop suppliesRaw materialsOffice suppliesPrepare and secure customer product for shipmentDistribute castings or materials to the appropriate location.Performing general housekeeping and organization of the dock and inventory areasFollow all safety regulationsMove castings / materials by means of truck, tow motor, hand jack, carts or carryingAdditional support as neededKnowledge, skills, and abilitiesHigh School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience1 or more years of shipping and receiving experienceWillingness to handle, verify, and inspect metal castings prior to shipmentAbility to utilize various software including MS Excel and scanning software / equipmentAbility to work overtime and weekends as requiredValid driver licenseGood driving recordScheduleMonday - Friday 11:00AM - 7:00PM, overtime and weekends as requiredCompensation details:16-16 Hourly WagePI63fa41157f35-35216-#######7
