With 2025 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we need a savvy client facing business liaison to provide the highest level of client services for all matters related to tradeshow delivery.In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining clear communication with the leadership team, Client Services staff, and RES clients who rely on us to deliver the very best in tradeshow management exhibits. This is a great opportunity to join a family-owned organization with a promising future!To perform this job successfully, an individual MUST HAVE Tradeshow industry experience and be a subject matter expert in each essential duty.
  • Manage a portfolio of business ($10M), focusing on over the top customer satisfaction.
  • Provides customer overview details and feedback internally, in order to ensure the entire delivery team is aligned with customer expectations.
  • Represents the voice of the customer in internal planning sessions to ensure all are understood as planning decisions are made.
  • Oversees all elements of contractual agreements, pricing confirmations, proposals, estimate verification, and processing of all customer orders.
  • Provides support to internal staff who assist clients with general inquiries, project deliverables and problem resolution as related to tradeshow exhibit builds and delivery.
  • Researches and supports new revenue generating business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Oversees development and communication of client documentation that adds value to the establish a long term partnership.
  • Supports internal design and delivery staff by effectively resolving emergency situations regarding client change orders during strict delivery deadlines.
  • Develop and deliver custom product reports, that are critical to maintaining a high level of value to the partnership.
  • Maintains client partnership status and reports any risks to annual contract renewal with internal VP of Client Services. Works with appropriate departments to implement actions that will improve and prolong the client partnership.
  • Provides quarterly customer reports/presentations to Sales and Customer Service in regard to customer intelligence, promotions, complaints, trends etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all travel, expense, and reporting policies.
  • Oversees publication of quarterly customer survey reports on our customers.
Education and Experience
  • MUST HAVE Tradeshow/Event Exhibit experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related function. MBA or Masters in related Business program a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of Tradeshow Account Management/ Client Services experience in an entrepreneurial company.
Additional InformationThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $140,000 annually, and individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.BenefitsRES Exhibits offers competitive salaries and benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.RES Exhibits is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
