RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train, Hire, Recruit and Lead the Rigging Operators
- Responsible for safety, training and mentoring of riggers and super-intendants
- Understanding of related safe operation procedures and support for team in the field
- Traveling required
- Assist with dispatching employees daily
- Assist sales team with job walks and methods
- Train and certify employees on safe operations of forklifts, versa-lifts and other rigging equipment

Required Qualifications:
- An understanding of servant leadership principles
- Ability to multi-task and exhibit flexibility in job duties
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach others
- 10 years crane experience
- 3-5 years of Superintendent/Management
- Qualified to operate crane of multiple sizes
- An ability to train, formally and informally, through mentoring and success-based delegation
- Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
