**Overview:**
In this position, you will be working in one of the many retail locations across the park greeting and assisting thousands of guests. Applicants must be 14+. Starting pay is $15/hour for ages 16 and up.

**How You'll Make A Difference:**
* Cordially greets and interacts with guests in store to determine type of merchandise desired.
* Demonstrates, creates, and sells merchandise to guests utilizing knowledge of products.
* Cleans and maintains shelves, counters, windows, ventilation grills and tables as needed.
* Keeps work and guest areas clean, neat, and organized with general cleaning duties (i.e., empty trash, mop, vacuum, sweep, dust, etc.).
* Maintains fully stocked shelves, counters, tables, or display racks with appropriate merchandise.
* Monitors all areas to avoid and/or detect theft to assist in maintaining park assets.
* Uses register to correctly total price and tax on merchandise selected by guest.
* Displays merchandise, suggests selections that meet the guest's needs, and emphasizes selling points of article.
* Receives and retrieves boxed stock into or from the stockroom/understock areas for retail display and sale promotion.
* Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions, and giving directions.
* Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
* Other duties may be assigned.
**We're Looking For:**
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
* Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
* Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
