Job DescriptionTitle: Maintenance Manager Location: Greenville, MS Hire Type: Direct HireSalary: $58-70K yrlyMust have: Experience with PLC'sMisc: This role is 100% on-site SummaryDiagnoses, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical and mechanical machinery and equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are met.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsures that equipment is on the preventative maintenance program, schedules are valid, thorough, and completed according to the system schedule.Programs, troubleshoots, and maintains PLCs (programmable logic controllers) and other forms of industrial automation.Plans, coordinates, and schedules all predictive and preventative maintenance programs for structures, utilities, and equipment.Installs wiring circuits, switches, controls, and other electronic devices in accordance with specifications.Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems and makes necessary repairs in a timely fashion to reduce downtime.Management of spare parts, material, and inventories.Job Skills RequirementsAbility to read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Strong knowledge of electromechanical codes, standards, and safety practices. High School Diploma or equivalent education.5 to 10 years professional maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry.
