Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our laboratory team in Farmingdale, NY. This temporary-to-hire role will primarily focus on data entry and administrative support, ensuring smooth lab operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, scanning, and emailing of test reports.
• Support lab operations with various administrative tasks.
• Upload and review test reports, identifying key fields for database entry.

Required Skills:

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work onsite in Farmingdale, NY.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DOS-based programs (training will be provided).
• Previous administrative and data entry experience.
• Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, including test procedures, safety rules, and operational manuals.
