The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable/receivable, and reconciling bank statements. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to financial management.Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. - Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly. - Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely manner. - Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. - Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations. - Assist with audits and other financial reviews as needed. - Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures.Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (minimum of 5 years). - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). - Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.Education: - Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).How to Apply: Interested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their application with their resume at www.select.com .
