What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous injection-molding experience preferred
- Self-motived with the ability to work independently
- Safety and quality oriented
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, work with plastic materials (no allergies to chemical components), bend, crouch, and twist
What You'll Do as a Press Operator
- Identify process disruptions and malfunctions, and perform minor adjustments per standard operating procedures and protocols
- Perform routine inspections and daily basic preventative maintenance on equipment
- Operate the SMC press and injection molding machine per established processes
- Produce parts needed according to quality standards and order specifications
- Perform other tasks as assigned
