What You'll Do:
  • Assist with month-end close process including preparation of various journal entries, accruals, estimates, and financial statement analysis of assigned areas
  • Recommend scalable process and procedural improvements related to consolidation, financial reporting, and management reporting activities
  • Perform duties in compliance with GAAP, company and department policies and procedures, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Provide accounting, processing, and analytical support for general accounting and cash related activities. This position will support both general accounting activities (prepaids, accruals) as well as cash reconciliation.
  • Collection, tracking, analyzing, reporting and reconciliation of accounting activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Assist with financial statement disclosure and audit requests as needed
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reporting requests and analyses as requested by management
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required
  • CPA designation preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Public accounting experience a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stringent deadlines within a fast-paced environment is a must
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work with multiple departments, at all levels of the organization
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel - experience in Pivot Tables and VLookups are a +
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Oracle Cloud (ERP, EPM) experience a plus
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
