Role: Customer Success Specialist
Location: Conyers, GeorgiaJob Description: You will be: - Providing customer support.
- Analyzing existing equipment, and offer solutions to meet customer's specific needs and requests.
- Identifying customer needs and offering customized solutions and spare parts for existing equipment.
- Read schematic and mechanical drawings to identify and locate parts.
- Coordinate travel routes within assigned territory and schedule inspection and sales visits.
- Address customer concerns and provide technical support Follow-up on spare parts and retrofit inquiries.
- Work closely with Spare Parts Specialists by requesting spare parts quotes Document technical information and keep an organized filing system All other duties as requested.
If you have: - Technical Degree preferred.
- Working experience required/preferred.
- 2 years of experience preferred Special certification or licenses:
- Second language would be an asset (Spanish, German),
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, SAP).
- Ability to travel within the United States and Internationally.
