SuperintendentPosition Overview The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on multi-family and school construction.Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and clients
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family and school construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- OSHA certification is a plus
