Overall responsibilities will include:
- Supervision and Coaching: Overseeing and guiding the Recruiter, especially in terms of phone etiquette, candidate selection, interviewing, and ensuring their duties are completed effectively.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: Managing OSHA logs, Worker's Compensation claims, and ensuring compliance with various regulations like FMLA, EEOC, and OSHA. Ensuring proper retention of records and documents is another key responsibility.
