JOB TITLE: Press Room Leader

Reports To: Floor Manager

Requirements:

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, drive a Forklift, Great work Ethic, be able to Follow Verbal or Written line up, Work as a Team or Individually.

· Operate Presses (hydraulic, mechanical), Press Brake, Belt sander, grinders (pedestal, air), Saws

Responsibilities:

Run parts efficiently & consistently. Give Direction to operators and help lead them

· Take the first good piece to CMM for buy off.

· Perform in-process checks to ensure quality.

· Responsible to fill out proper paperwork to support the job.

· Fill out Blue Routing Tag.

· Debur parts as required.

· Maintaining tooling via lube, plastic, to keep tooling clean & without gouges.

· Cut Plastic when needed.

· Follow all Safety Protocols.

· Keep local and surrounding areas clean and organized.

· Package part to send to shipping.

· Assist with loading / unloading trucks.

· Paint machines (Rare Occurrence)

· Move parts, bins, pallets with forklift.

· Clean Tooling as needed.

· Assist Die Setter if needed.

· Troubleshoot issues.

· Oil Blanks if needed.
