This is a Part Time Merchandiser position located in Oxford, MS.Job Summary: As a Merchandiser with American Greetings, you are a vital part of our company's purpose: helping people celebrate holidays, each other, and all of life's special moments, by making the world a more thoughtful and caring place every single day. We are looking for merchandisers to service the American Greetings Department in retail locations.The starting pay is $11.30 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location). After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $11.90. After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $12.50. We offer flexible work scheduling. We provide paid training.**Ideal Candidate would be available during daytime hours and specifically Monday mornings due to store needs and service.This route will service the following retail locations: Walmart, 2530 Jackson Ave W, Oxford, MS, 38655; Kroger, 2013 University Ave; Dollar General, 1930 University Ave; Dollar General, 1107 N Lamar Blvd; Dollar General, 266 Cr 217; Dollar General, 229 Highway 314; Dollar General, 2994 Old Taylor Rd; Dollar General, 2 Cr 279; Dollar General, 1006 Central St, Water Valley, MS; Dollar General, 1038 Highway 7 N, Abbeville, MS; Dollar General, 727 Highway 9 W, Bruce, MS; Dollar General, 621 South Main Street, Water Valley, MS and Ole Miss Bookstore #0317, 1 Student Union Dr, University, MS.The weekly average hours are 18 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 32 hours per week around holidays.Responsibilities: Merchandise and maintain all product displays within the greeting card department as well as other areas of the store as needed. Work in a fast paced retail environment utilizing your effective time management skills. Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
