The Opioid Treatment Program, Erie Blvd is an outpatient program for opiate dependent clients, providing medication therapy, medical and bio-psychological assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, Chemical Dependency education and education on related topics, activities of daily living therapy, medical follow up and continued care planning.A Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the planning, implementing and evaluation of care for a given patient population with the established standards and practices of Crouse Hospital. This process is enacted through direct clinical practice, management of patient care and general professional duties.Education/Experience RequirementsRequired:Graduate of an accredited associate degree*Must complete NCLEX within 120 daysPreferred:Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program or higher degree*Bachelor's degree required within 8 years of being hired or those licensed after 2017.Licensure/Certification RequirementsRequired:Current New York State licensure as a Registered NurseBasic Life Support (BLS)Preferred:Certification in a specialty area.Addiction or Mental Health education and/or training.Hourly Rate Range$33 - $47/86/hourBased on verified education and experience
