Job Summary Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, Leasing Agents play a key role in improving the lives of prospective tenants who are searching for their next place to call home. This agent will be responsible for leasing 400+ multi-family units across seven properties in Lockport. Birgo's Values:

Core Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to lease subsidized and market-rate/conventional housing
  • Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
  • Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
  • Process rental applications quickly and accurately
  • Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process. Verify all move-ins are fully completed and inspected.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
  • Monitor listing postings and advertisements
  • Assist property manager with tenant care and tenant retention
  • Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Objectives and Key Results
  • Timely rental application process
  • Achieve move-in and occupancy targets
Successful Candidate Profile Education & Experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • General knowledge of core concepts and principles of residential leasing
  • Experience with AppFolio or ShowMojo (preferred)
  • High school diploma
