Job Summary Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, Leasing Agents play a key role in improving the lives of prospective tenants who are searching for their next place to call home. This agent will be responsible for leasing 400+ multi-family units across seven properties in Lockport. Birgo's Values:

Core Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to lease subsidized and market-rate/conventional housing
- Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
- Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
- Process rental applications quickly and accurately
- Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process. Verify all move-ins are fully completed and inspected.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
- Monitor listing postings and advertisements
- Assist property manager with tenant care and tenant retention
- Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Objectives and Key Results
- Timely rental application process
- Achieve move-in and occupancy targets
Successful Candidate Profile Education & Experience
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- General knowledge of core concepts and principles of residential leasing
- Experience with AppFolio or ShowMojo (preferred)
- High school diploma
