Job Summary: As a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) at Rochester Regional Health, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with chronic kidney disease. This includes administering treatment procedures, developing individualized care plans, promoting patient health, and ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols. Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and support, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
• Develop and document individualized care plans customized for each patient's unique needs
• Maintain effective communication to convey patient health status, treatment plans, and progress
• Demonstrate proficient use of an EHR for accurate patient and provider documentation
• Adhere to required department and system protocols, regulations, and education requirements

Qualifications:

• ASN in Nursing (Required)
• Active BLS and RN certifications

Physical Requirements: Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds constantly. Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
