Job Summary:
The Administrative Support personnel is a pivotal position ensuring the seamless operation of the nursing programs at Oklahoma State University. This role is integral in supporting the smooth functioning of various nursing committees and faculty-related tasks. The position will be actively involved in managing administrative responsibilities, coordinating events, and providing essential support to faculty, students, and program directors. Responsibilities include coordinating committee meetings, maintaining faculty files, managing course-related documents, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the programs. Expertise working with and supporting faculty/staff and logistical coordination is crucial. Serving as the face of the nursing program, the position handles front office responsibilities with professionalism, an attention to detail and passion for supporting educational initiatives.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED and two years of clerical/customer service experience.
Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Administrative experience.
