Duties- Provide direct care to patients in a compassionate and professional manner- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming- Medications Reminders and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals- Assist with ambulation and transfers- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient
Experience- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred- Knowledge of lift and transfer techniques- Familiarity with assisted living and patient service protocols- Qualified candidates for this position should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong desire to help others. The ability to work well in a team environment is essential.
