Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate team members during shiftsOversee restaurant operations to ensure quality customer serviceManage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracyMaintain inventory control and assist with ordering suppliesProvide training and guidance to staff membersAssist in bartending duties when neededRequirements
Previous experience in hospitality management or related fieldStrong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectivelyKnowledge of restaurant management practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with bartending procedures is a plusJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
