Summary
The Records Sales Leader will serve as the primary sales force as well as high-level support for the Director of Records Operations. In a sales capacity, the Records Sales Leader will work in conjunction with the Storr Office Environments sales team and in alignment with company objectives to plan, develop, and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive the revenue and profit growth of the Records Management division.
Additionally, in providing support to the Director of Records Operations, the Records Sales Leader is responsible for assisting in developing a professional quality service team that will provide our customers with accurate and cost-effective services, overseeing the daily activities of the records management department, providing training, proper equipment, and a positive work environment to build a team of knowledgeable and experienced Records Coordinators. Skills needed for this position include high sales acumen, organization, supervision, training, procedure writing, quality control, spreadsheet, word processing, and warehousing. Good oral and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills are required.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
