- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
- Offering the Team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
- Offering immediate/respectful responses to Guest's needs.
- Assisting in training of new hires, setting the tone for a shift, acting as a role model for our team.
- Being a friendly encouraging team player.
- Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, key holder.
- Counting Drawers and Finalizing Day.
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
