- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in financial services (RIA, bank, broker/dealer)
- Must be tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, and Excel (including formulas)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present confidently to high-net-worth investors
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Client Services Associate Responsibilities:
- Complete subscription documents for clients and assist with back-office tasks
- Organize and manage investment reports on online platforms
- Provide administrative support, including getting lunch for the team and greeting clients
- Assist clients with platform access and inquiries
- Distribute investment reports and summary decks
- Collect necessary documents during closings, such as passports and subscription documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including sending calendar invites
- Send out blast emails for client webinars and schedule Zoom calls
- Learn and utilize CRM system to manage client information
- Ensure client satisfaction with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving
