Job DetailsJob Details:
- Manage shift production, 12 employee departments, time-off requests, and training
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their development
- Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
- Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed through training
- Handle Employee administrative needs with Human Resources
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5 – 8 years of Supervisory experience with dynamic continues processes
- Knowledge of MS Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SAP, MRP/ERP experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to be a self-starter with the ability of switching tasks based on production demand
- Strong communication skills – multilingual skills preferred but not required
Schedule
- 12 Hour Shifts – 3 day/4 day
- 6pm-6am / Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday
