You will be directly working with a female patient, following a one-on-one care plan in clients' home, this client is getting discharged from a rehab facility next week, desperately wants to come home, she's not allowed to go home until there is 24/7 assistance in place,You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. - Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
- Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
- Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
QUALIFICATIONS
- Personal care Experience
- At least 2 professional work history references
- One year prior eldercare experience
- Driver's license, Reliable transportation, and clean motor vehicle record
- Willing to submit to criminal background checks
- Willing to accept a shift every other weekend
- Strong ability to read, write, and speak English
