In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing the designs provided by the agency (in conjunction with marketing, creative & e-commerce leads) and giving feedback both verbally & via updates in Figma on UX/UI best practices (inclusive of ADA compliance). Based on business needs you may need to rework or design certain modules, features/functionality or pages to hand over to the agency. As part of the redesign process you will also be a key stakeholder in building an A/B testing roadmap to stress test any new features or journeys on the site.This is a temporary role.Investigation & Experience design – 85%Work collaboratively with the agency to give detailed feedback & notes on designsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for new features, functionality or landing pages. Gather feedback from key stakeholdersCollaborate with developers and designers to ensure designs are mobile-first, backed by data, and are user-focusedDesign UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational componentsTesting & Data Tracking - 15%Together with the key stakeholders define an A/B testing roadmap to stress test new features and/or customer journey for new siteKey stakeholder in site relaunch UAT in preparation for relaunch with focus on usability & customer journeyAbout You:7+ years of experience with UX/UI design and analysisBachelor's degree required, in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, computer science or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in design tools such as FigmaKnowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptData interpretation and presentation skillsExperience in a multinational, cross-channel environment would be a plusStakeholder management in a matrix organization preferredWe'd love to have you apply, even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement.
