Position Information

Supports day-to-day needs of the Key Account department, assisting to execute all North America Retail initiatives. The ideal candidate is a passionate, proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the overall Key Account strategy development and education
  • Help oversee all aspects of retail marketing from in-store activations to online presence, ensuring an excellent omni channel experience
  • Assist with retailer event execution, track sales, event recaps and maintain files for future planning
  • Responsible for sales analysis and mix of business data and new launch sell-in/sell-through data
  • Responsible for reviewing product assortments and sales to maximize productivity in partnership with Key Accounts Manager/Director- to ensure optimal stock in trade
  • Identify and escalate risks/opportunities to sales for retailor.com
  • Assist in completing all retailer forms
  • Help support 360 gwp program and sample management from start to completion- allocations, coordination with field team
  • Work with VM team to ensure all updates are executed with a timely manner and communicated to our merchant teams
  • Assist in coordinating retailer/Chantecaille meetings

Position Qualifications

  • 3+ years relevant sales experience is preferred
  • Proven sales track record within cosmetic industry
  • Able to build collaborative relationships and work cross functionally, with sales, marketing, retail partners, demand planning, and supply chain
  • Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Must be organized and have strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset, with experience of tracking and reporting
  • Must be able to work from the corporate office a minimum of 3 days per week
