Job purpose
The Customer Service Supervisor will lead and support the customer service team to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. This role will act as a key liaison between customers and various business units, including production, purchasing, engineering, quality, and accounting. The supervisor will handle order entry, expedite and change requests, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a detailed understanding of production and inventory processes, and the ability to analyze forecasts to drive effective decision-making

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
Previous Experience Preferred: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills Preferred: Strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in order management systems, and a solid understanding of production, inventory, and shipping processes. Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
