Our client, in Rice Lake WI is seeking a Fiberglass Applicator to join their team. As a Fiberglass Applicator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be a team player, and have a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Fiberglass Applicator

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $21.78/hourShift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm

What's the Job?

• Apply fiberglass to various products using a spray gun or brush
• Perform welding and painting tasks as needed
• Assist with HVAC installations and repairs
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday, from 6am to 4pm
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
