A Raleigh-based residential/commercial HVAC and plumbing company is looking to add a Dispatcher to its team. Their ideal candidate is an energetic individual with experience dispatching within the industry. Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers, showcasing an excellent phone personality. - Dispatch 4-6 technicians, using software like Field Edge or Service Titan. - Assist technicians in obtaining pricing for service quotes. - Prepare RMAs for warranty claims and seek necessary approvals. - Set up, schedule, and book preventative maintenance appointments, including follow-up. - Accurately enter invoices for all service-related purchases. - Follow up on open service quotes to ensure timely customer communication. - Process customer payments efficiently. - Manage follow-up on website submissions. - Collaborate with the Service Manager to optimize technician assignments and schedules, ensuring service calls remain. Job Requirements Requirements: - 6-8 years of experience in HVAC - Proficient in using Outlook, Word, and Excel - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask - Strong interpersonal skills
